Returns and Cancellations
When puchasing from BuffDuckStore your satisfaction is guaranteed. If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Service team at (425) 269-2542 within four weeks of delivery to initiate a return. Refund excludes all shipping and handling.
If you feel the products you received from us do not meet your expectations, we offer customers the option to return or exchange most items purchased within 30 days of receipt for any item in its original unused condition for a full refund with original Shipping and Handling fee deducted from the final refund.
Please email us via our support email to notify us of your intent to return. Your email should contain your order number together with a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. If your product arrives damaged or broken, please prepare and provide us with some pictures to depict the problem for a record as well.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods that we reasonably believe have been used or intentionally altered in condition and/or appearance. In such circumstances, we will notify you that no refund or exchange will be available.
We strongly recommend that the parcel be sent by a recorded delivery service, one that requires a signature upon receipt. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit. We can only refund this return delivery charge if the item we sent you was faulty, damaged or we sent the wrong item.
If you require a refund, this will be processed within 30 days of receiving your goods, provided that you have returned the goods to us in their original condition within 30 days of receipt (this is not inclusive of any delivery charge that was chosen at checkout, barring any exceptional circumstances). Please also notice that due to the high cost associated with returns, a re-stocking fee of 20% will be applied to all returns. The re-stocking fee will be deducted from your total refund when the return is processed. Please note, the re-stocking fee will only apply if your return is not the result of our error. Refunds will only be made against the original payment method if applicable.
We reserve the right to limit or decline returns that don’t meet the following requirements:
- Returns must be received within 30 days
- Items being returned must be in their original packaging with any seals intact and in an unused and re-saleable condition.
- Re-package the parcel using strong packaging comparable to the original form of packaging and ensure it’s sealed securely
- Returns or exchanges without the original receipt/packing slip will be offered a merchandise credit for the lowest price or offered the manufacturers’ contact information
- Please note: refunds are provided in the original form of payment
If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible. We are usually able to refund your full order amount if your cancellation is requested before it has been shipped out, or if inventory has not yet been pulled. We are unable to cancel orders that have already been shipped out from our distribution center. You may request a refund subject to the conditions stated above by contacting us.
