Shipping and Delivery

Items bought from BuffDuckStore will usually arrive in 1-5 business days after initial shipment. Orders will usually ship the business day after the order was placed but please allow up to 3 business days for the initial shipment.

Currently we are only able to ship to residents of the United States who live on the mainland. As for our friends in Canada, we are only able to ship to residents of British Colombia for the time being.

By purchasing items from BuffDuckStore, the buyer agrees that the shipping address that buyer provides is the full address in the correct form:

Name or Attention line
Company
Delivery Address
City, State, ZIP Code

Since our carrier of choice is FedEx/USPS, the buyer is required to make sure that the provide address can receive packages from FedEx/USPS.

If the package gets returned to us and the buyer wants BuffDuck to-reship the item back to the buyer’s updated address the buyer will be fully responsible for the shipping & handling charges for the re-shipping fee. If a refund is preferred, BuffDuck will refund the item with 20% restocking fee deducted from the final refund.

As soon as the order is shipped, an automatic email with full tracking details and tracking number is generated and gets sent to the email address used to place the order with. The buyer holds full responsibility for tracking the package and arrange any delivery with the local post office if the package cannot be delivered due to having no recipient available / no secure location when the delivery takes place.

The buyer can contact the local post office by calling 1-800-GO-FEDEX (1-800-GO-3339) or 1-800-ASK-USPS (1-800-275-8777) and give them their name & tracking # to find out the package status & schedule a pick up.

If Buyer fails to retrieve the package within 15-day pick up policy (this period may vary among local Post Offices), we will proceed your order in the same manner as depicted in point 1.

If the package is damaged, the buyer must take pictures of the damaged package before opening it. If the item inside the package is damaged, the buyer shall take pictures of the received unit(s) together with the box they came in and any attached label; then send it to the BuffDuck support for further investigation or replacement.

Once the order is submitted, we cannot alter any information provided in the order. If the buyer has any question regarding the items & its shipping method, they can contact BuffDuck support before completing the transaction.

In some occasions, BuffDuck may offer “Compact Shipping”. If this option is chosen by the customer, your items are repackaged in order to lower the cost of shipping.

Shipping costs are determined by the item’s size, weight, shipping method and delivery address. In your shopping cart, we show an estimated shipping cost based on lowest price shipping method, and assume all items in your cart are going to a single address within the contiguous states.

Orders can take up to 3 business days to ship. Fedex Standard Home / USPS Priority Mail delivery can take between 1-5 business days.

We reserve the right to change the shipping method/carrier as we see suitable.

We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, 10AM to 6PM PST. Orders placed outside of these hours will not be processed until the next business day. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you place your order after 6:00pm on Friday, your order will not be processed until Monday.
